By accessing or using the Flux N Pro platform at fluxnpro.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Flux N Pro is a professional SEO, content marketing, and social media management platform that provides tools for website analysis, keyword research, content creation, rank tracking, backlink analysis, and social media scheduling. The Service is offered on a subscription basis with the following plans:

• Free: Limited access to select tools, no credit card required
• Pro: Full access to all tools for individual professionals
• Agency: Multi-site access for agencies and teams
• Enterprise: Unlimited access with priority support

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password confidential and not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your credentials.

4.1 Subscription: Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

4.2 Pricing: Current pricing is displayed at fluxnpro.com/pricing. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not apply to the current billing period.

4.3 Free Trial: We may offer a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your account will revert to the Free plan unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

4.4 Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. To request a refund, contact [email protected] within 30 days of your initial payment. Refunds are not available for renewals or after 30 days from first payment.

4.5 Payment: All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Generate, publish, or distribute spam, malware, or deceptive content
• Conduct automated scraping or data harvesting beyond normal use of the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or networks
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without written permission
• Use the Service to create competing products without our consent
• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in any activity that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6.1 Our IP: The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by Flux N Pro and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

6.2 Your Content: You retain full ownership of content you create using the Service (articles, social posts, reports). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service to you.

6.3 Feedback: If you provide us with feedback or suggestions, you grant us an irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve the Service.

The Service integrates with third-party services including Google (Search Console, OAuth, PageSpeed Insights), social media platforms, and AI providers. Your use of these integrations is subject to those providers' respective terms of service and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. Disconnecting an integration from the Service does not automatically revoke access granted directly to those third-party platforms — you must manage that separately through the provider's settings.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist in content creation, SEO analysis, and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or current
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing
• We make no warranties regarding the quality, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content
• You retain responsibility for any content published through the Service

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. SEO rankings and performance results depend on many factors outside our control; we make no guarantee of specific outcomes.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLUX N PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Flux N Pro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

By you: You may cancel your subscription and close your account at any time through the Settings page or by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data within 90 days of termination, unless required by law to retain it longer.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by displaying a notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
