Flux N Pro ("we", "our", or "us") operates the website fluxnpro.com and the Flux N Pro platform — a professional SEO, content, and social media management tool (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2.1 Information you provide directly:

• Account registration details: name, email address, and password
• Website URLs and project information you add to the platform
• Content you create, draft, or publish using the Service (articles, social posts, briefs)
• Payment information processed by our payment provider (we do not store card data)
• Communications you send to us (support requests, feedback)

2.2 Information collected automatically:

• Log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps
• Usage data: features used, tools run, actions performed within the app
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)

2.3 Information from third-party integrations:

• Google Search Console and Google Analytics: read-only data, only when you connect them; YouTube: your channel's name and the videos you choose to publish (see Section 9)
• Google OAuth: your Google account email and profile name for sign-in purposes
• Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Mastodon, Discord and others): account information and post metrics when you connect accounts
• Bing Webmaster Tools: site and backlink data when you connect your account

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service
• To create and manage your account and projects
• To process payments and send billing-related communications
• To generate SEO analysis, content suggestions, and reports using your website data
• To send service notifications, security alerts, and support messages
• To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity
• To comply with legal obligations
• To send product updates and marketing communications (you may opt out at any time)

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your content or website data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

We may share your information with:

• Service providers: Third-party vendors that help us operate the Service, including hosting providers, payment processors, and email delivery services. These parties are bound by confidentiality agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.
• Google APIs: When you connect Google services, data is exchanged under Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Our use of Google user data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• AI providers: Content and text data may be sent to AI model providers (such as Google Gemini) to generate content on your behalf. This data is used only to fulfill your specific request.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Flux N Pro and its users.
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting [email protected].

Certain data may be retained for longer periods where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., billing records, fraud prevention logs).

• Keep you signed in to your account (authentication tokens)

• Protect against bot activity (Cloudflare Turnstile)

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including HTTPS encryption, hashed passwords (bcrypt), and access-controlled infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Flux N Pro's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9.1 Google user data we access. Each Google connection is optional, is started by you, and requests only the access the feature needs (read-only, except uploading the YouTube videos you choose to publish):

• Google Sign-In (openid, email, profile): your name, email address and profile picture, used only to create and sign in to your Flux N Pro account.
• Google Search Console (webmasters.readonly): the list of sites you have verified and their search performance data (queries, pages, clicks, impressions, click-through rate, average position). Used to show your rankings and keyword performance, power the Rank Tracker, and build the SEO reports you request for your own projects.
• Google Analytics (analytics.readonly): the GA4 properties you can access and their traffic reports (sessions, users, pageviews, traffic sources, top pages, conversions). Used to show your website's traffic inside your project dashboard and reports.
• YouTube (youtube.readonly, youtube.upload): your channel's name, ID and profile picture, used to show which channel you connected in the Social section; and permission to upload a video to your channel, used only when you publish or schedule a YouTube post yourself. The video you attached and the post text (as title and description) are uploaded at that moment. We never edit or delete videos, read your other videos, comments or subscribers, or upload anything you did not publish.

9.2 How we use it. Google user data is used only to provide and improve the user-facing features described above for the account that connected it. We do not use it for advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to build user profiles. When you ask an AI feature to analyse your own Search Console or Analytics data, the relevant data is sent to our AI model provider solely to produce that result; it is never used to train or improve AI models.

9.3 Sharing. We do not transfer Google user data to anyone, except (a) service providers that process it on our behalf to run the Service (hosting, AI processing as described above) under confidentiality obligations, (b) when you explicitly ask us to (for example, a report you export or share), or (c) when required by law. No human at Flux N Pro reads your Google data unless you ask us to for support, it is needed for security purposes, or the law requires it.

9.4 Storage and protection. OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored in our access-controlled database, are never sent to your browser or to third parties, and are only used by our backend to call the Google APIs you authorised. Retrieved data is cached only as long as needed to show your dashboards and reports. All traffic uses HTTPS.

9.5 Retention, deletion and revoking access. You can disconnect any Google service at any time from inside the app (your project's Search Console / Analytics connection, or the Social section for YouTube); this deletes the stored tokens. You can also revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. If you email [email protected] asking us to delete your data, we delete your Google tokens and any Google data we cached within 30 days.

9.6 YouTube API Services. Flux N Pro uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you agree to theYouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of your data is governed by theGoogle Privacy Policy. Your channel's name, ID, picture and access tokens are kept only while the channel stays connected and are deleted when you disconnect it; you can also revoke our access at any time onGoogle's security settings page. The link to each video you published through us stays in your post history until you delete that post. We do not store YouTube Research results on our servers.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately and we will take steps to delete it.

Your data may be processed and stored in servers located outside your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data protection rules than your country.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by placing a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
