Refund Policy

Last updated: September 27, 2026 · Effective date: September 27, 2026

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If Flux N Pro isn't right for you, you can get a full refund of your first payment for a new paid subscription (Pro, Agency or Enterprise, monthly or annual) if you ask within 14 days of that payment. No questions asked.

A refund ends that subscription straight away: your account moves to the Free plan at the moment the refund is issued, and your projects and data stay in your account.

Want to try before you pay? Every new account gets a 7-day free trial of the paid features, with no card required.

2. What isn't refundable

  • Renewal payments (any payment after your first one on a subscription)
  • Requests made more than 14 days after the first payment
  • Accounts closed for violating our Terms of Service
  • Repeated refund requests, or clear abuse — for example, heavy AI usage shortly before asking for one

Nothing in this policy limits any refund right you have under the consumer law of your country.

The Free plan and the free trial never charge you, so there is nothing to refund.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and tell us you'd like a refund. You can also contact Paddle, our payment provider, directly through the link in your purchase receipt or at paddle.net.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method; your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel any time from your account's Billing page. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep your plan's features until the end of the period you've already paid for, then the account moves to the Free plan. Cancelling is not a refund — to get your money back, ask within the 14-day window above. Your projects and data stay in your account.

5. Changing plans

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep what you paid for until then, and your next renewal is charged at the lower plan's price. Changing plans is not a refund.
